10 Push-Ups Every Minute
60 Minutes Total
= 600 Push-Ups
It’s called EMOM – Every Minute On the Minute.
Your timer goes off. You hit 10 push-ups.
You rest for the remainder of that minute.
When the next beep hits, you go again.
And again.
And again.
For 60 rounds straight.
Why It Works
This isn’t just about pecs.

Level Up: Do 15 push-ups per minute = 900 total.
Advanced Beast Mode: Go for 20 per minute = 1,200 push-ups in 60 minutes.
