2. Control your breath.
If you can slow your breathing, you can slow your mind and regain command of yourself in any situation.
3. Control your tongue.
Speak only what strengthens your position or your character, and nothing else.
4. Want nothing you can’t lose.
Attach yourself only to what you are prepared to watch disappear without breaking.
5. Train your body daily.
A weak body makes a weak mind and a fragile spirit, so condition it every day without excuse.
6. Accept the worst in advance.
Rehearse loss, pain, and failure in your mind so reality can never shock or cripple you.
7. Never explain yourself emotionally.
Explanations given from emotion are confessions of weakness, not clarifications of truth.
8. Don’t argue with the unconscious.
Never try to reason with people who are ruled by ego, impulse, or herd programming…
You will only sink to their level.
9. Build silent leverage.
Grow your power, skill, money, and options quietly so your position speaks for you.
10. Die with your code intact.
No matter what you gain or lose, never betray the principles that define who you are.
