The King Method: Bodyweight Workout

Time: 30–45 mins

Frequency: 4 days/week

Tools: TRX, Resistance Bands, Your Body, Your Will

Location: Wherever you make sacred.

THE LAWS OF POWER

  • Rest 30 seconds between exercises.

  • Intensity > everything. Go until it hurts, then smile.

  • You don’t fail when you’re tired. You fail when you betray your destiny.

WARM-UP (5 MINUTES)

Set the tone. Light the internal fire.

  • Jumping Jacks x 50

  • Arm Circles (forward/back) x 30 sec

  • Bodyweight Squats x 20

  • Push-Ups x 10

  • Band Pull-Aparts x 20

CIRCUIT OF FIRE (3–4 Rounds)

This is where the boy dies and the man is forged.

TRX Atomic Push-Ups x 10–15

  • Feet in the straps.

  • Push-up. Tuck knees. Core tight.

  • Explosive, controlled. You’re turning into steel.

Prisoner Squats x 30

  • Hands/arms straight in front of you.

  • Drop deep. Control the descent. Explode like a shotgun blast.

  • This is discipline in motion.

Band Rows x 20

  • Anchor the band. Row hard.

  • Imagine dragging your goals from the underworld.

  • Back flexed, eyes locked.

TRX Bulgarian Split Squats x 12/leg

  • Back foot in strap.

  • Balance is battle.

  • Every rep is a test of mind over matter.

Push-Ups to Failure

  • Chest to floor. No shortcuts.

  • You stop when the body gives out, not the mind.

  • Push-ups are your prayer to power.

FINISHER: 5-MIN DEATH MARCH

Choose your rite of passage.

Option A:

  • TRX Rows x 10

  • Band Curls x 15

  • Push-Ups x 10

  • → Repeat nonstop for 5 minutes of grind.

Option B:

  • Squats x 10

  • Band Overhead Press x 15

  • TRX Plank Saw x 30 sec

  • → Repeat for 5 minutes.
    You’re burning weakness out of your body.
